Guest Speaker: Professor Ewan McKendrick
Ewan McKendrick BCL, MA, LLB is ProVice-Chancellor of Oxford University, Professor of English Private Law, Fellow of Lady Margaret Hall, member of the Editorial Committee of Current Legal Problems, and a member of the Advisory Editorial Board of the Edinburgh Law Review. He is also a member of Chambers at 3 Verulam Buildings, Gray's Inn.
He undertakes advisory work on general commercial matters particularly in the field of contract law. He is an editor of Chitty on Contracts, general editor of Lloyd's Commercial Law Library and has written extensively in the fields of contract law, the law of restitution and commercial law.
