An experienced commercial lawyer, Mark specialises in advising clients in relation to a wide variety of commercial contracts, commercial joint ventures and terms of trade, including non-contentious intellectual property and information technology contracts. His client base spans the public and private sector, with an emphasis on blue chip industrial clients. Mark has a high level of commercial experience, a strong technical background and a wide skills base. Throughout his career Mark has gained valuable experience through secondments at ICI, Huntsman, Northumbrian Water, Teesside Power and Sembcorp Utilities Teesside. A graduate of the University of Newcastle and the College of Law, Mark qualified with Eversheds and spent 7 years with Dickinson Dees before moving to Watson Burton LLP.
